The New Year is a great time to reflect on our lives. I know so many of you want to grow in your love of Christ. I do too. But it’s difficult, right?!? It’s difficult because we’re in a spiritual battle. We have an enemy who doesn’t want us to love Christ more. And, if we’re honest, our own flesh isn’t real excited about it either.
So, here are 3 simple steps that will help you love Christ more this year.
CREATE A PLAN FOR ENGAGING GOD’S WORD.
- What are you going to read? When are you going to read it? Who will you tell about your plan?
CREATE A PLAN FOR WORSHIPING WITH GOD’S PEOPLE.
- Which Sundays will you join us for worship? (in-person or online) Who will you invite to come with you? Who will you tell about your plan?
CREATE A PLAN FOR GIVING TO GOD’S KINGDOM.
- What percent of your income do you want to give this year? Will you give electronically or via cash/check? Who will you tell about your plan?
